2 phone screens ant then came onsite a couple of times, and met with 4-6 people each visit. I also had a couple of "follow-up" phone conversations after my last final onsite interview. Interviewers did not seem well prepared. Most of my interviews started late and/or ran way over the allotted time. I should have paid more attention to some of the red flags that came up during the interview process.
