I applied at a job fair and then was called for an interview the next week, which was in a very relaxed conversation, quite short, but then got an offer the same day.

It was fairly lengthy. There was a total of 3 rounds of interview
1st round was a basic screening, nothing too personal general experience. 2nd round was a basic excel math exam round. 3rd round was an interview with the HR and the team. 4th round was the final office get-to-know-you with the entire team

one on one interview. You can dress professionally or in a PINK outfit (if interviewing for PINK like I did) The managers have a booklet that they read their questions out of, pretty basic questions you get from any interview about team work, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
