    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Toronto, ON) in September 2013.

    Interview

This was the third VS store in Canada that was opening. I sent in my resume through email and got a call within the week I applied. The interview I had been in was a group interview and it was pretty competitive in regards to speaking up to answer the question, but it was a kind and diverse crowd. They told us they'll do call backs within two weeks, but I never got a call until 3 weeks later.

    Interview Questions

    • Why do you want to work here   Answer Question
    • What VS products do you often buy or like   Answer Question
    • Tell me a time you faced a challenging situation in your previous jobs or volunteers and explain how you handled it   Answer Question
    • What are your long term goals   Answer Question
    • Any questions for me? (It's good to prepare some questions for the interviewer if they haven't already covered it)   Answer Question
