    I worked at Victoria's Secret full-time

    Pros

amazing talent training provide of best business practices, met many amazing employees within the company, gratis, discounts, bonus incentives to all employees at the time ( management and employees Pre-covid)

    Cons

They could have been more strict with employees that broken certain codes of conduct, I felt they would give too many chances to employees that clearly should have been coached out of the company for good.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret.

    Interview

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
