I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2022
Interview
First was a phone screening with a recruiter. Fairly straightforward and to the point.
Second was a virtual interview with a manager and their manager. Ask mostly experience based questions. Had I done this, did I have experience with that.
There would have been another interview in between those but the HR person was going to be out for a while.
Sent a thank you email. Was told I'd hear something back about in 1-2 weeks. Going on week 3 and haven't heard anything. Don't anticipate that I will.
