From memory there was three stages. The first stage was an online application, followed by a telephone call (very laid back mainly discussing availability for face to face interview). The final stage was going in store meeting with store manager, I wouldn’t really call it an interview as it was very relaxed. Super friendly and welcoming.

Part of job expo, one of the team member interviewed me. Very friendly and cool process. After a week, they called me and planned a group interview which was mostly the introduction of their business. and a day later I got the offer.
