I have already worked with the company for a year so the interview process was less intense than others. I had to be interviewed by the district manager to ensure I was a good fit.

How do you set goals for yourself? How to you work towards those goals? Explain a situation where you worked on a team and communication was key to achieve a goal.
Friendly staff and very conversational with STAR answers (situation, task, actions and results) I recommend coming prepared on their products and benefits. Also I dress professionally and in line with black attire.

Interview
I was asked a few question in a group interview. The interview took place outside the store on a bench in the mall. The interviewer was friendly. You do not have to dress formally. However, I would suggest that you wear jeans without holes and a presentable top.

Required to turn up the shop and sit down for an interview at the back of the shop. They require you to have prior experience in terms of women clothing, particularly bras and underwear.
