I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2014
Interview
Turned in an application and wasn't contacted for about two months, but I received a call to come to a group interview. The interview was with one of the assistant store managers in the operations department and she asked basic questions like why do you want to work for us, what department would you like to work in and why, job history, etc. She said we would be contacted by the category manager for the department we wanted to work in if we made the cut. A few days later the PINK manager called me and set up a 1:1 interview. She basically told me to just talk about my previous experience within the company since I would be a rehire and what track I would prefer to follow (bras, sales/apparel, etc) and it was very much just a conversational "interview". She said my references would be checked and I would be called in a few days if they check out. THEY ACTUALLY CHECKED ONE OF MY REFERENCES! I've never had that happen before, it's good that they follow up. I received an offer to start as seasonal and if I want to stay after holiday (performance depending) then I can.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was my least favorite thing about my favorite job?
Interview was fairly easy. My hiring manager had me there on the spot for onboarding. Process went fairly quickly, and I was trained shortly after. I started on the week of black Friday which was a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. My hiring manager was kind but some of the other managers aren't as nice.

Interview
I applied through their careers page and received a confirmation email. The store manager texted to schedule a 30 minute, easygoing in-person interview. Shortly after, I was called and offered the job, with employment forms sent via email.

Interview
I have never felt more disrespected and belittled in an interview in my life. My job history was ridiculed, my character was ridiculed. I’m well above the age of being a minor and I was talked down to as such. My interview lasted a whopping 7 minutes.. I was 10 minutes early… I do not remember the name of the woman who interviewed me, but I highly recommend finding anyone else to interview candidates. She didn’t know how to talk to me without a condescending tone and attitude, and what was expected, schedule wise, of the position was not fully mentioned in the job listing. I filled out the application on Victoria’s Secrets’ website, filled out the availability form online, but still was made to refill it out in person and reiterated my entire job history. The job history I filled out manually on their website, and then attached the file for my resume. Still, I was made to reiterate the last 3 job I had, was stopped before the forth job, and belittled that all I have to show is seasonal work. My interviewer had no want to get to know me or my circumstances. She did not care about the interview process and she treated me like I was wasting her time even though the store had 0 customers at the time. If she was willing to treat and talk to me like that during interview, how would I had been treated after I was hired?
