I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Filled out an application and attached resume, got a call two weeks later asking me to come in for an interview the next week. It was a group interview with four other girls (make sure to wear all black like the employee dress code). Professional but very comfortable atmosphere. She asked basic questions like scenarios, and what you think about the brand/company, and why you want to work there. Interview only lasted 30 minutes on Thursday, then she called my references on Tuesday and offered me the job.

Interview
I applied for Christmas seasonal Sales associate and I had a phone interview then a group assessment interview. Just be yourself, try to be confident in yourself and stand out. I arrived earlier than they said and they liked that. I wore all black smart business clothes (doesn’t mean a suit). I shaved my hair a few weeks ago but they really liked it so no matter what hair you have, as long as you present yourself well it should be okay as the lady that interviewed us had pink hair. And don’t forget to smile. I applied in early November, got the call three weeks later got the interview two days later and got the job a day after- we thank Jesus.
