I had 2 interviews, one with a Regional Manager at a close by Starbucks and the other with the Store Manager at the store. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks.

I was invited for the Manager role but now after final round they are offering a lower-level position instead of the expected compensation. Ask them why they changed their stance after the final round. They said they don't have budget. Is this is Ok candidate expend 20K in travelling from other city and HR changed their words after that
