Comfortabel, easy, and straight-forward. I interviewed over the phone with the ecommerce operations manager before being called in for an in-person with the same manager as well as their engineering team.

Interview
Very nice group of people and excited to see their company grow. It was clear they are small and a little unorganized, but that's ok and to be expected when you're applying at a startup. The only issue I had with the entire process was around the communication (or lack thereof) regarding the interview results. I was told I would hear back a few days after my panel interview, however it took 2 weeks and me proactively reaching out until I was notified they had moved forward with another candidate. While yes, that was disappointing, I would have hoped to get notified without having to ask them myself.
