Very nice group of people and excited to see their company grow. It was clear they are small and a little unorganized, but that's ok and to be expected when you're applying at a startup. The only issue I had with the entire process was around the communication (or lack thereof) regarding the interview results. I was told I would hear back a few days after my panel interview, however it took 2 weeks and me proactively reaching out until I was notified they had moved forward with another candidate. While yes, that was disappointing, I would have hoped to get notified without having to ask them myself.
