Straight forward phone interview. Basic questions including describing past experiences. Strengths and weaknesses. What brought you to them, etc. Phone interview took about 20-30 minutes. I did ask about training process and time frame on how long till the decision of hire to start. That was about a week or two. I currently am being considered but looking into other opportunities.

Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
