I applied through other source. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at VMware (Barcelona) in Mar 2019
Interview
The longest and most inconsistent selection process I've had in my career.: 5 months, 5 interviews, 2 psychotechnicians. Internal uncoordination is perceived: rrhh do not agree with each other, unpunctual meetings, overflowed managers with unprofessional attitudes ... For me, the worst point has been that it has taken more than a month to tell me that they had ruled out my candidacy. When I asked for feedback on areas for improvement, recruiter has not even answered me, which seems to me a lack of education.

Question 1
In the fifth interview, and after having confirmation that all the feedbacks had been good and that "I was inside", the first question from my direct manager was: tell me about yourself and your studies (?)
I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at VMware

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at VMware (Austin, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.

Question 1
They asked me several questions about my opinions on working remote vs onsite. The impression that it left me with is they are trying to get back fully onsite for inside sales.
