Fake Reviews, Poor Management, Outdated Products and Stratagy
Mar 7, 2023 - Sales in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Not much left at this point, but for what its worth: Still above average pay. Work from Home in some cases. Still lots of intelligent people left in the team.
Cons
Management is not transparent. No sense of direction, all procedures and guidelines are out the window. Everyone is trying to just sell something at all costs, even if by lying to the customers. Cant hide the fact that we are not who we were or who we say we are. Lots of marketing and talk around inclusion and equality but in practice, certain people and groups are given priority over others.

Stable company with decent culture
Mar 16, 2023 - Software Engineer ( Senior MTS)RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Stable with decent pay and not as many layoffs as other places. Good personal culture with no office politics or toxic superiors, generally polite, helpful and straight-forward people around.
Cons
Work is not motivating, and often, even senior engineers and managers get called to do book-keeping works in coding and testing taking up most of their daily routine. Fewer stimulating/intellectual projects to work on, and most of it is maintenance.
