Em um caso hipotético no qual o usuário não consegue acessar um aplicativo no desktop, como o analista deve avaliar e solucionar o problema?
4 hours assessment. First we had a group presentation and an introduction of the company. After that, we had to write a multiple choices test in order to test the technology skills and knowledge. Furthermore there were two simulations of the customer and the agent in english and italian language. In end there was an interview about our perspective, passion and background to qualify us as the right candidate for that position.

it was an easy interview, just need language proof and some basic IT knowledge bases, also you need to provide positive prove why you choose Unisys and help desk and why here in hungary
