Initial discussion with Service Delivery excecutive, followed by more formal interview, offered job subject to Accuity profiling and testing which consisted of personality, literacy and numeracy testing, role play scenario testing and behavioural interview with a panel of three psycologists. Period of benfit negotiation and the standard 3 month probationary period
