Interview
First round of interview taken by the team leader of that process and the second round taken by the manager of the same process, finally after the candidates get approval from both the manager as well as the team leader then the candidate is sent for the final round i.e HR round in the corporate office in Bangalore.

Interview
It was a pretty standard 2 interview process. I met with the hiring manager the first time who ran through my experiences and achievements. The second interview was with his boss to meet me and see how we would work together culturally.
