4 stages including a task. Great to meet the team, focused on hard skills over soft/values. First stage recruiter interview, then meeting with manager, then task, then final round. 4 weeks in total

Interview
Long interview process. First, HR conducted a basic interview; then, I was connected to a peer from an area the position has contact; later, the Line Manager of the position interviewed me with questions regarding how I would handle situation that I might encounter on the job position; finally, HR sent me a business case to hand in a presentation on how I'd solve it and finally, I had to present it to 3 senior leaders (including the line manager)
