Easy … just show up and give them everything THEY want to hear . Talk about ups like you live and breathe it and also about how you want to make the company better
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Lakeland, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
Very Unprofessional
As soon as I got to the interview area, two managers got up and left. I had never felt so discriminated and ignored by the manager and the interviewer, which at the most had around twenty years old. If you have more than fifty years old, do not apply because they will not even look at you. Very frustrating experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Ontario, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Went to the job office and asked if any supervisor positions were open; they took my information and i left my resume. About a week later I received a call to come in for an interview. The interview was informal; more of a meet and greet feel, no S.T.A.R questions, basic questions like why UPS and why do you want to work here.
