There is no interview. You just apply and you automatically get the job. This is mainly because in my own opinion the high turnover rate the company has and it needs to be fixed.
They put you in a room with other candidates, ask a couple questions, give you a tour of the building, show you where you’ll be working, you finish the app process there, then you’re hired.
