Interview
The HR representative discussed my online application which I filled out prior to the interview and discussed as to why I wanted to work for UPS and If hired how long I would stay with the company. Also where I see myself in the company with the future.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
