Interview
Fairly easy, takes around 10 minutes. You go over your application, whether you're going to school, confirm that you're physically able to do the job. I had two interviews, one with the hr rep, and one with the supervisor. The same day I went to a third person which finalized the process and asked me to provide an SSN, and then advised me to complete forms online by the following Monday bringing in an ID and SS Card. There was no facility tour.

What types of physical activity have you done in the past year that lasted more than three hours?
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
