      Aircraft Load Planner Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UPS in Sep 2020

      Interview

I originally applied for a package handler position. When I arrived at the interview, the HR person looked at my application and based on my education and experience informed me of this position and asked if it sounded like something I would want to interview for instead. The interview was laid back but informative. They asked good questions of me that pertained to the job and the working atmosphere. In turn, I was able to ask my questions and didn't feel rushed. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable. A week later, I got a call from HR and started training that day.

      Question 1

They explained the load planning process and asked if I was someone who enjoyed a challenge and liked to look at problems and find solutions.
