The interview was nonexistent. The HR manager looked at my resume and asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in, the interview was a tour of the facility and then I was given a date to start.

I met with the Manager of department, then a toured of facility. She showed me their process and asked questions concerning supervising and processes. After the tour we sat and discussed some details of the position.
