Interview
They set me up an orientation-styled meet up immediately after applying, the meeting went over information about the job and gave us a chance to ask questions. Afterward we met with the HR rep individually and was given an offer on the spot.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
