Interview
The hiring process was a little different than normal. They interviewed me in person before they took me on a tour of the facility. So I had the job, but I needed to take the tour to see if it was for me. I took the job after the tour.

Have you worked in a warehouse environment before?
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
