Initially had a phone interview with the manager and director of business development that lasted 30-45 min. Then they brought me in for a lunch interview which was very informal, and they just wanted to get to know me a little better, and make sure I was everything I had told them on the phone.

received email from recruiter, phone interview next, personality test, then interview with hr member and sales manager. the interview process was straight forward and not hard to pass. most of the questions asked can be found on this site. describe your personality, why ups? how do you handle rejection, etc.
