I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was simple. Very few questions were asked, and the interview was rushed. The interviewer did not do a good job of explaining what the department was all about or what types of systems were used in the department. The interview only lasted for about 10 minutes, and I was assured that I would get an offer by the end of the business day, and I did. The interviewer was very pleasant (during the interview), and the HR manager was pleasant with the offer. What happened after arriving to the department was a completely different experience.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2011
Interview
Submitted my resume by way of a staffing firm. Waited several weeks to hear back from them Once interview was scheduled, met with hiring manager about a week later. Very nice group of people. Questions had to do with Instructional Design experience. They do require Captivate 5 experience. Provided a portfolio of work samples which they kept for review later.
Note: They only hire Instructional Designers as contractors through staffing agencies.
