The intrview was in person. they asked lots of questions related to communication skills, interpersonal skills, skills you have, and nice customer facing in general.
Other questions were based on your knoweledge about timmmies and how often you visit the coffee brand
I was called and arranged an in-person interview which lasted for 20 minutes.
The interview was medium difficulty. The interviewer was cool and supportive. There were some 10 questions, all related to customer service.
