I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Sault Ste. Marie, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
There was barely any interview process. I got asked THREE questions and got assessed based off of my answers. It was absolutely ridiculous and it made me feel like the owner didn't even want to interview anyone before or after me. It was almost like he was there just so he could get paid.

Question 1
Q: How do you pronounce your first name and where do you live?
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
