i filled the employment form online and i received a call from their side that they are organising a job fair i applied for the interview they were having one to one interview and got selected because i had shown my availability, no previous experience required
I was called and arranged an in-person interview which lasted for 20 minutes.
The interview was medium difficulty. The interviewer was cool and supportive. There were some 10 questions, all related to customer service.

Interview went great. A lot of basic questions - can you count, etc. Not very tough. Be ware though, lots of competition. Lots of qualified candidates competing for the same position. Be confident, and give it your best.
