Interview
1. Meet with a member of the team-dive into your background about strategy and ops
2. Meet with someone from the larger organization
3. Create a presentation and talk through it with the GM
Communication wasn't clear throughout the process and I never heard back after the presentation. Additionally, the role wasn't flushed out and lots of ambiguity about what they were looking for. Some of the questions asked also weren't relevant to the position.
