Interview
1. Meet with a member of the team-dive into your background about strategy and ops
2. Meet with someone from the larger organization
3. Create a presentation and talk through it with the GM
Communication wasn't clear throughout the process and I never heard back after the presentation. Additionally, the role wasn't flushed out and lots of ambiguity about what they were looking for. Some of the questions asked also weren't relevant to the position.

Applied via LinkedIn. Pretty unstructured. Lots of young folks. Founder couldn't explain well how they differentiate from the many other therapy network startups in the space (and yes there are many of them) and said information factually incorrect about Headway. This didn't give me a good feeling that I'd be able to sell this service well in the market. It's kind of a race to the bottom with reimbursements. Probably dodged a bullet
Call with founding member based on initial outreach on LinkedIn. After initial outreach we set up a call but were not able to connect on the phone because the role was filled
