Interview process was very standard in that an assesment test was given which was easy. Being able to multi task and prioritize your day. Funny part was they gave me a P & L test where the mulptle choice answers didnt match what the real answer should be. They of course gave me an awesome score in that section.

Phone interview, called and went through the entire interview to be told it was an Asst Manager position, that the Store Manager position was filled. Just be honest from the beginning instead of wasting 30 minutes of my time.
