Situation based. Hiring manager asked for me to review my resume and then asked situation based question. About six to eight of these questions were asked on teams, project ownership, ability to influence, building relationships, etc...

Virtual phone interviews (Microsoft Teams) were done with legal and logistics department. Total two interviews were scheduled and done, 45-min each. Interviews were pretty casual but the interviewee must have a camera on (highly recommended).
