I applied at home Depot because i like the company and I didn't have any sales exprience they took three months to call me so I did have keep updating my application finally they called me ask me questions Describe a time when you provide great customer service and about three other questions couple days later I went to my interview dressing as a business personal It was the HR supervisor interviewed me she ask questions like what would you do if a customer came in and ask for a item which you don't have what would you do,etc after I was told that a got the job.all u need to do is study the questions on this site that's what save thanks to this site

What if a customer came in and ask for and item you don't have what would you do
20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview

Easy....mostly interested in your ability to be regularly on time with consistant attendence. My construction experience helped immensly in my position as Sales Associate in gthe hardware department. I becamr the highest paid associate in that department in just two years with 3 salary increases.

They asked several questions but due to the fact that I was so over qualified...it was 'how soon can you start".
