Interview
Straight forward, typical customer service interview. Started with a phone call to arrange the meeting, we then met in a meeting room within the store, 2 people were in attendance of the meeting

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you educated someone one something important to you
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
