      Pros

Benefits, work-life balance, range of projects, fast-pace and senior-leadership accessibility. People focused and a growth mindset culture (especially leaders).

      Cons

Diversity, inconsistent development plans, internal feedback culture, lack of structure in meetings. Feels relatively hierarchical sometimes.

      Pros

Most great people, great training and you are really encouraged to develop your skills or your interests.

      Cons

Many hoops to jump through to get things done, long development timelines, personally I was not paid fairly for the amount work I was doing. Have to fight for recognition, and a lot of other corporate technicalities that can hold you and your work back.
