Interview
One on one interview with checkouts manager, then got a phonecall the sdame day saying that I has the job. it was a very easy interview and the training was very quick, done in one day and then I was straight on the shop floor. I worked there for a year and it was good pay as there was a lot of overtime so if you need money and are prepared to work a lot I reccomened it.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
