Interview was a group interview, interviewer went around the room and asked questions and then we went down to the shop floor and met the staff, helped out where we can and was able to ask questions.

When did you go above and beyond to help a customer?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
