Interview
Overall quite easy and simple. The interview was quite relaxed and after you would be shown around the department you may be working in. Sometimes even trained briefly for around 15 mins.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
