Quick and efficient, multiple choice testing first then in person interview which was about 20 minutes long - very general questions were asked. Got offered the job the day after my interview - speedy turnaround.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
