Can you describe a time when you provided excellent customer service? What skills and qualities do you possess that make you a good fit for this role? How do you deal with difficult customers or situations? How would you approach stocking and replenishing shelves? Can you describe a time when you worked well in a team?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
