Interview
It was a fairly straightforward interview, mostly introducing yourself to the group and team building exercises . Then they took us around the store and paired us up with a group member for 10 minutes to help them on their task.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
