Interview
basic questions about customer service experience skills, than kind of quiz witch specific customer problems or interaction. lots of day to day examples about how u would behave in specific situations, which is quite hard to answear if u havent been given any training yet.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
