Easy, friendly interview. It was a 121 interview followed by some shop floor work, and finally a group task where we were asked to build a paper tower. There was 4 other candidates attending the interview. The day lasted around 3 hours. Received a job offer a week later.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
