I had to do a screening set of questions then had an in person interview which consisted of general questions followed by some questions akin to the initial screening which contains stuff like what would you do in x situation

If you were helping a fellow employee and a customer asked you for help would you go help the customer first or finish the task
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
