I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Teavana in Jan 2015
Interview
Interview was not too challenging for the most part. Many expected, from-the book interview questions. They do ask why you want to work at Teavana and test your knowledge about the company, so read up. At the end of the interview, they may ask you to sell them a cup of tea. Be prepared! I was called back on the day of my interview and was offered a position.

Interview
The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

Question 1
What would you do if a sales associate wasn't meeting their sales goals?
Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Teavana (Wellington, FL)
Interview
The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
