‘Employee discount was great, I believe it was 40% off at the time for merchandise and tea. You also were able to drink as much tea as you wanted at work as long as you noted it on the employee drink chart. ’

‘It put a lot of pressure on employees to meet sales goals and their daily sales targets, didn't make working a fun environment because you were worried if you were going to meet your sales target that day and worry if your hours were going to be cut by management. ’
Had to be full time and pull 30+ hours/week to qualify. And seeing as hours are based off the needs of the company and the whims of the manager making the schedule... it takes some doing in order to qualify.
A couple of the best benefits were the free tea drinks at the tea bar and the merch discount.
There was no benefits package offered at the time, we were only compensated with commission and that was only if we sold cast iron pots or the electronic tea machines.
There is no benefit for the first few years maybe. But it really depends on your performance. Even you get the benefit, it is not 100% paid by the company.

You get 30% Teavana and Starbucks products, weekly mark out. Pretty decent benefits even for part time.
The health benefits (prescriptions / dental) started immediately (best) After 9 months, had not accrued any sick time / vacation time, so was not paid for the 1 day I called in Ill (worst)
It had decent medication, dental, and vision coverage...if they'll schedule for enough hours to get and maintain it.
