Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview about two weeks later. I arrived early and the cashier offered me free tea. I had no idea what to ask for, so I went with the tea that was being offered for free samples. Then the manager arrived and we went into the mall food court. She mainly asked me about past experience, trying to get me to make myself sound impressive, I guess. It was a pleasant interview, but I was called a week later and they found someone else.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Teavana (San Francisco, CA) in May 2013
Interview
Interview went well. They asked basic questions, went over your resume, then asked why should we hire you, then asked you to sell the tea drink you got from them at the start. Follow up was good and quick. Got an offer within a few days. Anybody with a brain and a personality can get a job there.
